Guest guest
My son also resisted doing the breathing exercises. As his ERP therapy was finished, I told his therapist that I was disappointed that he would not do the breathing exercises. She said, " Oh, don't worry about it. In all the years I've been doing therapy, I think only three of my patients have actually done the breathing exercises. " It helps when they do, but apparently most don't and won't. So when he gets " Stuck " there are days when I cannot handle things well. I pray for patience. Tammy
