Have to find out what the situation is with the apartment we are planning to move into. Will do some tests there as well. I will look up info on this, but are you saying if it's well maintained and under other layers of paint it's okay?? I don't know how much lead you need in the dust or whatever for it to be toxic, but there are areas where I did not have to scrape anything away and it came back positive from the surface. Will call my doc tomorrow and tell him the test results and ask if he can order some blood work over the phone so I can go to the lab tomorrow and get blood drawn up here close to my house and see if my blood levels are high. Any further advice appreciated. Will try to spend as much time away from here as I can in the meantime. Wondering about my cat, too. (Sigh) Still doing the mold tests but glad I did thes.
