Guest guest
KC, My best friends' father was a doctor and I remember when I skinned a knee he said just wash it off, don't bandage it, you need air to get to it to heal. He was very good doctor and had an offer to work at Mayo Clinic. Finally left his ortho surgery practice to staff position in Washington DC for VA. But oxygen is needed to heal. Sometimes these basic things work best. Yes, if it would help, I would pay. I guess I always rather 'buy' something, than rent but buying a hyerbaric machine is mighty big equipment to have around. I wish I could get my hands on an Rx for mask oxygen for when I get headache rather than load my liver up with more (migraine) drugs, but? I know I can buy a cannister easily but then you need the O2. I heard some people talking about doing it themselves at Dallas but you really need to study up on it because using it wrong can ruin your lungs (I've heard), or maybe that is some kind of scare tactic for discouraging use of this marvelous tool to healing. I have the feeling you would need to take a series and go often and of course go home to good quality air at home. --- tigerpaw2c <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > Barb, > > The HBOT treatment from what I understand and > read over the years, > it definately couldn't hurt.
