I have found that the only person you can count on is yourself. My parents

live in the north in summer & south in winter. When they travel fromone

place to the other they are within 5miles ofmy house. My father is mad at me

formoving away from them. (12 yrs ago) so he " punishes " me by not stopping

on their way through. He won't talk to me on thephone. They have no

concept of how ill I am. My mom says that she had hepatitis years ago & got

over it so I should too. I get more support fromfriends than I do family.

Enough of the " pity party! " lol Just wanted you to know that you are not

alone. ne

Hi leigh

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, pleae know that I am thinking of you.

I think you have to realise that there is NO set timetable for grieveing. There is no right or wrong way to handle it, you just have to go with the best way you can cope with it.

It is hard enough just coping with the pain of losing someone please don't worry about behaving appropriatly.

I lost my baby this time last year and it still hurts like hell, and I know that pain will go away but somehow you manage to keep on living till the next day.

If you feel like crying do, but know that everybody handles things differently and in different ways. My husband was sad but calm on the surface at first but about a month later just couldn't stop crying. You see there is no right or wrong way.

It is good to talk about how you feel to talk about the person you have lost when you feel up to it.

Please don't leave the list it as times like this that we all need each other, we need to stick together and hold each others hands and make it through to tommorow.

It is natural that things will bring it back at certain times. Sometimes I can watch things about babies on TV and be fine then another time I can totally lose the plot.

I think the best thing you can do right now, is not be so hard on yourself, don't judge how you behave as being the wrong way. It is your way and that is the right way.

If you need to cry, cry. If you need to talk, talk. If you need to laugh, laugh. We are here as a group for all of these, heh we can even fit them all in one e-mail!!!

So take good care of yourself, love those bubs in your tum and know we are all here for you.

Lots of love

Nerys

Hello Leigh, , Babies and s Brother (have I missed anyone?

*smiles*)

I hope you are feeling a little better. Leigh I have this absolutely

fantastic cream that helps joint pain and aches. If you send me a

postal address I'll send you a tub of it and you can give it a go.

Its only available in Australia, but if it works I'll just send you a

carton of it or something LOL...

If you want to send your postal address privately my email is

aisha@... but I think you already knew that one LOL...

" So is starting to give me three massages a day, and he doesn't

care if I want it or not. His brother got me a wheel chair because

of my stupid nature to try to get up and walk alone. "

I like this and his family!

" This is again, I would say that it is she who is the stubborn

mule and not me. "

LMAO... we know just how stubborn Leigh is and it makes me laugh to

see that she has bet her match. You just look after our Leigh and

tell her that it is Mother Hens orders!!

Love to all of you,

Aisha.

Somewhere near a lake! LOL ... I had their address but I cant find it which is pissing me off. As soon as I know anything I promise I will tell you all.

Incidentally Leigh the link I sent you is for

humidity gauge. It's the small gauget on the far

left of page that tells you what the humidity is.

I was recommended this one. Many gauges are not

accurate but this one has a good reputation

amoung people who use them. Of course there are

dehumifiers next to them but those are extremely

expensive ones. I have a Whirlpool room

dehumidifier. It does okay. I have been able to

keep humidity down in the house to below 50.

Sometimes it creeps up to a little above that but

usually it is because one of the two have stopped

due to full bucket. Humidity over 50 cause molds

to start to grow which are everywhere in carpet,

in dust, in fabric furniture, you name it. You

don't need a leak of water, just humidity. If

you are sick you should not stay in a house with

humidity over 50. If it is over that, I would go

get out as much as possible.

I have this type of dehumifier, but bought over

ten years ago:

<http://www.epinions.com/well-review-3DBD-1508CA0E-39F33E49-prod5>

I have to add that the two units I have, one in

basement and one of first floor do keep humidity

down but I am also running central a/c, not cold

but to about 77 degrees.

Do you have central air conditioning or window

air conditioner? Whatever you are doing, you

must get the humidity down. You may be able to

get a good deal on one on Ebay. Just an idea.
