Guest guest
Hi! I am thinking of doing a T-Tapp rotation after I finish P90X, which, I think will be at the end of January. I was thinking of following her recommendations in her book for doing a " bootcamp " (a period of time where you do nothing but T-Tapp). Here's what I'm thinking so far: Week 1 - T-Tapp Full Workout for 7 days in a row; Week 2, 3, & (possibly) 4 - T-Tapp every other day, with other workouts on alternating days (just not sure what my other workouts will be just yet - I'm thinking a combo of cardio, circuits and strength) I will do her Primary Back Stretch (PBS) and/or her " basic " workout on the " off " days as my warm-up as it works great for me and my aching back! Weeks 4, 5, 6, & 7 - T-Tapp every two days - other workouts in between but PBS or Basic as my warm up. I just have to figure out what I'm going to do on my in-between days. I know that T-Tapp probably looks really silly and to watch it you would wonder how it could possibly do anything - but I swear by it for my back! And, when I do it consistently I do tighten up - especially in the hips and lower tummy. Take care!
