Great pictures, Tonya! Does Calvin usually sit up on the post? I can't balance like that, and my eyes are fine.

, with serious calf doms from Cathe's push pull on Friday!

Yep, very easy. Wash and go. That's why I did it because I'm so busy with running around for personal training clients and setting up the gym and doing sales appointments for the gym that I don't have time to think about getting ready in the mornings.

That is a 45 pound olympic bar with 170 pounds on it for a total of 215 pounds. I'm working my way up to my goal of 300 by the end of the year. I just put my light weight on it for holding forever while Koti figured out the camera. LOL Yeah, Cena is hot, but I liked him better when he first came in, back when he still work the powder blue skimpy tights. I think I just may have a thing for those tiny little tights. LOL He's actually my DD's favorite. She's going nuts while he's out injured. Another one I really like is Jericho. I saw him a few years ago at a little club in Charlotte with Fozzy and got to visit with him afterwards and he is a hoot!

Calvin finds wherever he can purch. He sits on the post like a gargoyle a lot. He also likes to sit in the window sills, I guess because the sun feels good. His most recent has been a little ledge at the top of the stairs, but I think he's stopped that because he kept falling off and down the stairs. Poor guy, he runs into things all the time. So we all now talk to him as we are walking through the house so he can follow us to food and the bathroom. He went running through the living room yesterday and ran into the dog who was sitting in the middle of the room, stopped and reached out with his paw to feel where she was (Koti said he was spanking her for being in the way), and then walked around her. I think the blindness may be a genetic thing because I have another one that is starting to run into walls and won't leave the bathroom (where we have their food). The vet says there is nothing he can do for them. And while they take a couple of months to adjust, I can't see putting them down when Calvin is such a well adjusted guy who basically runs our house. I just make adjustments to help them and continue to love them.

Calvin's adorable, and I couldn't see putting him down either! Reminds me of our Pippi - we fostered her from the SPCA because she was half-feral, and I couldn't give her back. My dh asked if it would be possible to keep her (usually it's frowned on), and they said to take her because she would be hard to adopt out! Well, no one could catch her to spend time with her, so they had a point, but it's so unfair. She's such a sweetie, even if she'll never be a cuddler. She talks all the time, and oozes personality. Our other SPCA cat, Jasper, is a big black lazy fellow, who does like to cuddle, but isn't as interesting. If we hadn't adopted Pippi, I'm sure Jasper would just be lump that never moved, but he gets chased around several times a day, whether he likes it or not (we think he does enjoy it, to a point).

And what is it about cats and yoga mats and lying down under me when I'm doing Down Dog???

Sounds like you have a fun pair too! Its funny you mention one that snuggles and one that doesn't. I have several snugglers, but a couple that can't stand to be cuddled. Right now, I have one snuggled up by my thigh. Her name is Cuddles, appropriately. She is the other one that the vet said is having vision problems. I actually have 7 cats, 3 dogs, a fish, and my son just brought in a lizard this evening. Basically, it is known in town that I'm a softy who will take care of any stray that needs it, so I end up with animals that just show up. I have one now that is hiding under my house. I'm not sure where it came from, but if it ever lets me near it, I'll love it just like the others. Right now I'm just putting food and water right by the opening I've seen it go into so that it is well fed. As for the distribution of the ones I call mine, two of the dogs and two of the cats are outside animals and don't really like it in the house. The 5 cats that are inside would freak out if I took them outside, although Calvin likes to venture onto the porch with me once in a blue moon. I think he misses being an outside cat but it's just not safe for him anymore. I don't usually have a problem with the cats when I'm doing yoga, but I must admit to having squirted them with water when they go in my gym. They were clawing up my weight benches and I didn't want them to tear them up. The spray bottle let them know they aren't allowed in that room. Now I do yoga in the living room, partially because I like DH's flat screen better then my old tv in the gym and partially because I'm growing fond of yoga while the buck stove is going so it is nice and warm in the room. I guess they remember the spray bottle from me working out and still don't come near me while I'm on a yoga mat. My dog on the other hand thinks its time for kisses. I have had her do downward dog with me. I guess she was correcting my form? She's getting old (almost 9) and irritable so she has to stay inside so she doesn't fight with the other dogs. They are younger and like to play a lot and she just wants to be left alone and snuggle her people. It's funny because the cats cuddle her and she's fine with it, but if one of the other dogs comes near her, she barks and growls. All of my dogs and cats seem to love each other though. One of the dogs even nurses the cats. If nothing else living with all these animals makes for some interesting things to watch. The funniest though, has to be Calvin climbing on my printer and copying his butt.
