Guest guest Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 Since I know what I'm doing tomorrow already, here's my week in review: 12/2 -12/8: Kest Week Sunday Taught Best of Turbo Kick Volume 3 Monday Taught Best of Turbo Kick Volume 2 Tuesday Kest: Energize 10 Flights of Stairs Wednesday Rest Day Thursday Kest: Tone 3 Mile Bridge Walk 10 Flights of Stairs Friday Kest: Sweat Saturday Taught Best of Turbo Kick Volume 3 I re-incorporated the stairs into my routine. Like pushups, these are HARD, and the ones you love to hate because you feel so dang proud of yourself when you're done afterwards.
