Stacey - snow collage order/weather

Hi Stacey,

I just had to comment that it is such a different

world up there in upstate, NY. Down here

(land/D.C. area) schools would be closed for 2

days over that - or at least one day closed with a

delayed opening the next day. You should see the

panic around here (stock up on milk and toilet paper

if they even threaten a snow flurry!). I grew up in

NY, and I went to college upstate and I went to grad

school (didn't finish though) in Wisconsin and live in

NE PA, too- so whenever it snows or threatens snow

here I chuckle! Although I admit that I hate driving

in it now - and I'm just as happy to have stuff be

cancelled. They don't do a very good job of treating

the roads here and the other drivers scare me.
