Guest guest Posted December 14, 2007 Report Share Posted December 14, 2007 Hi, This morning I did Maximum Body Shaping (aka Maximum Body Sculpting, aka All-Weights) I have the Tri-Trainers All Weights version (aren't they all the same anyway?) gee whiz!! This workout is nice because you can go as heavy or as light as you want. I used 12's, 20's, and 30's. So I went as heavy as I could on most everything. Traci Long is my favorite instructor of all the Firm workouts! I wished I would've wore my heart rate monitor because moving from exercise to exercise, my heart rate stayed fairly elevated throughout the workout.. We got close to 10 inches of snow coming. ugh.
