Good question, . I feel the same way - I get dressed in my workout clothes first thing, and sometimes I'll be in them until noon, but after my shower, I'm not changing back. I am comfortable doing something like a 10 min walk on the tmill, or gentle yoga, but I don't want to really break a sweat in clean clothes...

It will be interesting to see how people structure their days and clothes. :-)

I'm so impressed with your mini workout sessions too! Got a question for you. I've thought about doing something like this. Do you just get into and then stay in workout clothes all day? I have yoga pants I could wear so I don't freeze and my sports bra under a sweatshirt. The thing that usually stops me from doing more than one workout session in a day is having to change my clothes. Once I'm in my jeans, I'm staying most of the time (unless I have to change for work).
