morning all,up late last night so a bit tired. i still did a workout just a short one with biggest loser vol.1 sculpt. decent little total body workout but i think the stretch really helps you get on with they day. the weights are 20 mins with upper and lower body work for the first half and mostly abs and some glutes for the second half on the floor. the stretch is a 10 min. routine, it might be the desert scenery but its a relaxing yet energizing stretch. its nothing special stretch wiseoff and running happy fridaykassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they
