Before I did rotations I would pick what I felt like doing, often a virgin workout, but then would change my mind or become angry because it wasn't what I was wanting. Although not as spontaneous and exciting, when it's all planned out and you've previewed the new workout the night before you can mentally prepare for it and it takes out all the guess work. Glad you got a workout in Darcy. I HATE when I can't figure out what workout to do.
