Hi Everyone,

Start of Phase 2 of P90X this week, here's how it

went:

Sunday - Gin /Danskin Stability Ball workout

(like it, may even do it again this week in lieu of

core synergistics, which I like, but have a dread

factor torwards). I did yoga in the PM from Yoga

Complete for Every Body

Monday - Prevention Fight Cellulite Fast (woke up too

late and w/ no energy for PlyoX - hope to get that one

in this week) I did yoga in the PM from YCFE

Tuesday- TJ 20 min workout, P90X Chest, Shoulders and

Triceps (murder, my arms have finally recovered). in

the PM I did something.....yoga? Pilates? I can't

remember.......

Wed - Overslept for morning workout - in the evening

did 10 Min Solution Band Pilates Abs and Stretch

segments and 10 Min Solution Yoga - Abs and

Flexibility segments.

Thurs - 10 Min Solution Carb Burner (3 10 min

sections), P90X Legs & Back

Friday - Ultimate Tae Bo (60 min version) and 7

Essential Stress Relievers w/ Le May (to make

up for missing yoga on Thursday)

Today is my rest day, but I'm going to do either

stretching or T-Tapp or both.
