Guest guest
Hi Barb...I've been jabbering about several surgeries in the past few months...makes my head twirl, too. I just had a tonsillectomy, uppp, septoplasty & sinus...? - can't remember the name. Later this summer I may have a microdiskectomy, and my doctors and I are still investigating whether we should fight (cause it would be a fight with insurance) for some type of gastric bypass. If I can, somehow, lose a good amount of weight (not all I need to, but maybe 60-80 pounds) then we'll continue to try to make more moderate, gradual weight loss efforts. But I am trying to learn all I can about the types, risks, consequences and life-style changes that go hand in hand with bariatric surgery. Golly, that was quite a long-winded answer! Love... Guest guest
Yes- I remember- but couldn't remember what you had said. No- I never took Plaquenil with biaxin. I took plaquinel with Doxy, then another time I took it with Mino. By the time I did this combo, I was over a year into my Lyme therapy, and had already some of the tetracycline family as a mono therapy, and some of the pennicillin family of drugs. The combination of HCQ with the tetracycline family, I beleive was responsible for getting rid of my most persistant neuro symptoms (Tinnitus, Uveitis) and they actually (permanently) resolved after I'd stoppped the abx completely. The symptoms would wax and wan while I was on the abx (sometimes causing me to cut back the doasge or stop all together.). Barb > hi barb - we went through this awhile ago - an ileus is when the gut stops working...mine were assoc with benicar... > > if i remember correctly you once mentionned that you did plaquenil with biaxin...how long did it take to show results? > thanks, > deb
Guest guest
do you know if these 'hot spots' are hemorrhagic fevers? or what is going on with these hot spots. hemorrage- as a noun, this refers to the point at which blood is released. as a verb, this refers to bleeding. Guest guest
Jeanine, It is not a radiator from basement. Apartment building has a boiler in basement and it runs hot water through building from basement. No air comes up through registers. There are no registers or ducting in apartment building, which I think is good. However these old radiators have a number of rows of fins and the fins have open spaces so air can go through them in a weaving pattern and you just can't get a hand or brush into them, so no dust being blown around in air but it is sitting inside these small opening and warm radiator is kind of 'cooking' it all the time. It created a soot line on ceiling above is what made me look inside of them like a small amount of smoke rises up and stained ceiling right above radiators, echoing their shape on ceiling. Since I have cleaned them 'somewhat', apartment already smells better but they are still VERY dusty and dirty. ...but thanks. I do use the carbon filter thing over my cold air returns in my moldy house right now along with particle filter material too. > > I just remembered what I did in the last apartment I was in where > radiators were blowing up nasty, moldy crap from basement. Guest guest
oh,your talking about steam heat radiators, clean with tooth brush and wire brush and a bowl of soapy water. > > > > I just remembered what I did in the last apartment I was in where > > radiators were blowing up nasty, moldy crap from basement. Guest guest
Jeanine, I wish I could find my camera and I would take picture of radiator because seems to be alot of confusion over what I am referring to. It can't be cleaned by hand you would see if there was picture. However never mind, Jeff May gave me a link to a 4 ft long crevice tool that is only 1/4 inch wide and made to clean them and costs only $17.00 so I am all set. Thanks > > oh,your talking about steam heat radiators, clean with tooth brush > and wire brush and a bowl of soapy water.
