You mention sometimes that you have sore knees and I'm sure they appreciate the break. If you feel the need to work out over the weekend, there's always a gentle yoga practice or a low impact dance workout.. I overslept this morning but will try to fit oin Core Essentials tonite, then I have to decide which Turbo Kick round I'll be teaching tomorrow at the gym.
