, you consistently work out HARD and your body needs to recuperate. You

mention sometimes that you have sore knees and I'm sure they appreciate the

break.

If you feel the need to work out over the weekend, there's always a gentle yoga

practice or a low impact dance workout..

I overslept this morning but will try to fit oin Core Essentials tonite, then I

have to decide which Turbo Kick round I'll be teaching tomorrow at the gym.
