Guest guest
Hi Kerry! It's good to see you back posting, AND working out! How are you feeling? barbara P Hi all, I started exercising again yesterday with a Holiday Fat Blasting Workout, I only exercised for 7 minutes, I was interrupted by my DH who told me the TELUS guy was coming to fix our phone. I did get my HR up and out of curiosity checked my HRM. My average HR was 111, I was in my zone for 3.5 minutes. I did Superset A which consisted of 10 Dumbbell Swings with 5 lbs and 6 T ups twice, Superset B with 6 reverse lunges ( I did them static) and 8 V ups once, I did two sets of burpees, probably did about 5 in 30 seconds. You can find the workout here: http://fityummymummy.blogspot.com/2007/11/fat-blasting-holiday-workout.html Today I did the 20 minute Winsor Pilate workout. This is a workout I've never done before, and I could feel it in my lower abs, they were just a touch sore. I was surprised to find this not bad, although I think I prefer Core Conditioning Pilates. I'm going to have to monitor my condition carefully because it's always the week after I take chemo that I feel the most tired, I'm planning on exercising three days per week at first then upping that when I feel stronger. Have a great day everyone. Kerry Check out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007.
