Guest guest Posted November 26, 2007 Report Share Posted November 26, 2007 Hi, This evening I did another library workout. Kathy New Yoga Challenge with Rod Stryker. This one was the advanced routine. I'm not a huge Kathy S. fan but this workout is nice because it is led by Rod S. There are things I like about this workout and things I don't. I like the standing section better than the floor section. This routine clocks in over an hour (which I don't like) I do feel like I got a really good yoga workout in. I'm off to relax. I got in almost 2 hours of workouts today, so I think I might get that 3 lbs off if I keep this up.
