Hi . I have the Masterpiece Theatre (I always think Monsterpiece, thanks to Sesame Street!) PBS production. I am 40 or so minutes into it and loving it! Just 180 minutes left to go, give or take. LOL Thanks to that wonderful movie, I've had a 45 minute walk on my tmill, and then I tacked on the abs from 10 Min Solution FitnessBall - too much kneeling, though, which I still am reluctant to do.

I had not planned on walking so long this morning, so I chose the 10 Min dvd over the Sharon Mann workout I had picked out. I LOVE having choice.

As I replied to Darcy, I haven't tried Jillian's Kickboxing. I think I might like too, though, eventually. I have some older Tae-Bo, but I have not used them for ages. I don't expect they are knee-friendly. :-) Plus, I've heard so many negatives about 's cueing (which I agree with), that I'm not really feeling the need to pull them out.

, enjoying the sunshine in Ontario, but not the sore (as expected) pecs from Cathe's Muscle Endurance yesterday!

, did you get the live BBC version of Jane Eyre? It's the best one of all! It's word for word like the book, unlike the edited version with Orson Wells (who I think is incredibly handsome in that movie, 1942 was it?).

Have you done Jillian 's Kickboxing workouts, and if so, are they any good? How would they compare, to say, the old Tae-Bo's?
