Tuesday's workout

Today I tried out a cheapie DVD I got in the mail yesterday called Yoga In Bed. I did the morning workout which is around 15 minutes long and works mainly the upper body. Lots of stretching, twists, stirring the pot moves with little exertion. I would not use this as a stand alone workout but it was a nice warm up to my Turbo Jam Live Cardio Party workout. It would also be a great workout when you are sick in bed or just lazing in bed on a rainy day.
