Guest guest Posted November 20, 2007 Report Share Posted November 20, 2007 Today I tried out a cheapie DVD I got in the mail yesterday called Yoga In Bed. I did the morning workout which is around 15 minutes long and works mainly the upper body. Lots of stretching, twists, stirring the pot moves with little exertion. I would not use this as a stand alone workout but it was a nice warm up to my Turbo Jam Live Cardio Party workout.
