Guest guest
I need some ideas. I really don't like to work out at home but the way my schedule is this time of year, I really need to find some things I can enjoy doing at home, on my own, and usually with a 5 and 6 year old and a puppy bugging me. I can run some mornings. But dh has to come home from his gym in time for me to go and I'm still really really rushed when I do that. I just hate running in the evenings - too many other things have to be done and it's hot and, worst of all, buggy! Gross! I enjoy doing yoga on my patio and should do it more. There are other things I can do as well - the deck of cards can be fun and some toning things. I have pilates CDs that kinda bore me. But whenever I do these things, I can't get the thought out of my head that I should be doing cardio. I used to have a bike here in the house but I despised doing that so I got rid of it. I'm tempted to invest in a little home step and one or two CDs. Anybody have a couple of choreography-heavy, high-intensity step CDs they like? Any other suggestions?? Dh used to have the Tae Bo videos - wonder if he still does. Maybe I just need a change, too. Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions and ideas.
