Guest guest Posted December 6, 2007 Report Share Posted December 6, 2007 hey all, my other netflix rental came in. the newer 10 min. solution workout that is a pilates workouts with the bands. of course donna went over this quite a bit so i will give my views on abs and stretch. the ab segment was AWESOME. i like how she used the band with traditional exercises. i didn't burn out my abs but really felt the work(and also the work from last night LOL). some of the moves were slower which was good for control. i think the focus was that, control of the movement. she didn't go much into form or breath but reminded of it. the stretch segment was pretty good but not the best pilates stretch i have done. some of the exercises were fresh and i felt a good stretch but it wasn't held to long. most of it was pilates moves in most practices that focus on stretch and there were some yoga type traditional stretches. i much prefer lara hudson's stretches on her two 10 min. solution pilates dvds. going to try to squeeze in the lower body workout tomorrow with lower body work and the arms/total body segments on saturday during circuit/total body,before i send this back. while i love the abs segment i am not sold on buying this dvd just yet. if the other segments are as good as the abs then it will be on the wish list real quick. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like. -Will ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
