I keep the Sansone's around JUST for days like that, same with the Tahitian and Hula workouts by Kili. Not exactly a huge calorie burn for me for my level of fitness, but they get me moving, and usually after that I'm ready to do a more vigorous workout because or Kili cheered me up!
