Guest guest Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 good morning all, did planned workout but i didn't realize the upper body premix is a longer one at 21 mins unlike the LB which is only 12. i also didn't remember that ths is more endurance so i didn't go as heavy as i though i was. i am also a little tired b/c of rude neighbors making noise at 4AM!!! i am writing a letter to the mangaement company. enough is enough, i tried to let it slide and be nice but this person is acting like a ghetto rat for lack of better terms. with her innappropriate slang/cursing language,loud music in the evening, and just overall disturbance(sounds like elephants are jumping rope upstairs) she is really making herself look bad. i have been here over a year and haven't really had an issue with anybody, its a shame we have to start. well off for breakfast.i feel like crap i think i need a shot of energy drink which i have been good with not buying or drinking but this is a rare morning of being a little overtired. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like. -Will ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better sports nut!
