Guest guest Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 This morning I tried a workout that my daughter got from netflix. It was Gilad Elite Forces. I have always been a huge Gilad fan, but in recent years his workouts have never really worked with me. This one included.... This workout could be the most repetitious workout I've ever done. I found myself wondering off thinking about other things. He repeated and repeated and it wasn't just the repeating though... it was such basic stuff that he was repeating, it was ridiculous. I also noticed something else about Gilad... he is getting lazy with his moves. He was barely doing most of it then he would walk around. His jump ropes were pathetic. I managed to burn 328 calories and I think the only reason I did was from all the jumping rope. I put a lot in that and I'd say that was probably 80% of the workout. I'm sure there are some of you that have already tried this workout and like it, but I give it a big thumbs down... at least for me personally. I'm sure it works for other people, but not for me. I'm glad I didn't buy this one and I came really close to ordering it from Collage. Anyway, I plan to get my last yoga in for the week later this evening.
