I finally worked out today (first since Saturday). I went down to work out just for 30 minutes but got about 20 minutes in when I heard DD get out of bed (she was home from school again today) and wanted to make sure she was okay. Took her temp (normal) and got her back in bed because she wanted to go back to sleep. By that time, I had no more time before I had to get ready for work (my husband worked from home today so I could go to work myself) so I did about 20 min. of Kathy 's Walking Matrix workout (someday I'll remember the real title of this). I did not sleep at all well last night and wanted something familiar that would also work me hard, which it did for as long as I could do it. DD is feeling MUCH better and will be going back to school tomorrow as long as there is no backwards movement tonight or tomorrow morning.

I'm watching Cathe's Supersets (thanks for the link ) and she says a few times you can use dumbbells instead of a barbell. Is that true for all the exercises and is it true in general? I cannot see where I would put a barbell though I think I'd like to figure it out someday. Also, with barbells, when she's talking 40 lbs. is that 40 on each side or 20 on each side? This looks like such an amazing workout. I haven't looked at the Push Pull workout yet but will in a few minutes. The price tag is very intimidating (though free shipping helps) but for some reason, as challenging as this workout looks it seems very exciting and not as intimidating as I'd expected (Cathe is so encouraging).

Thanks for any help!
