good morning, last night i did do karen voight's abdominals and back work. it wasn't AS hard as i remember but still a good challenge b/c she does some more reps that most pilates type workouts might otherwise do. she also doesn't focus very much on breathing but more on form. i love all the roll ups she did and the few bridge reps with rolling down b/c i felt that plenty in my back.she does toss stretches in and there throughout the workout but the workout is a mix of traditional ab exercises with pilates exercises and some lower back work. a very good workout though. i did some stretching afterwards for a few minutes just b/cthis morning i was a bit tired and i though it was leg day but then noticed i did change my rotation to have today as yoga day and that was more motiviation. i did the first 5 segments of the 7 essentials stress relievers with michelle lemay. one of my favorite dvds. opens alot especially back which i needed. glad i only have

two more days of until the weekend. i have been stressin' over the christmas party on sunday with the scouts. i told her i might pass on the stuffing b/c the sausauge has gone up price wise. i think i might grab some green beans and a some dried cranberries and do a green bean/cranberry deal(my mom's idea)and toss together another ethnic side dish that doesn't require expensive meats. i also ordered a veggie tray. i figure carrots and celery are good for some of our little hands and have broccoli and cucumbers for the taste of our adults. i might swing by the deli/bakery and pick up a small tray of holiday cookies. i believe though in january i am suppose to start training for den leader. i guess that is why i feel the obligation to do more,b/c i want to show i have a great interest in helping out. i shouldn't do that to myself but it just happens naturally LOL. well off to prepare for my day have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
