Guest guest
Or is that in a future week of your rotation? Are you doing P90X for three months? You probably already answered this somewhere, but I forgot! The Yoga X one is hard, and I have Yoga X on the brain since I just did Tone. I'm getting up early tomorrow to work out, and while I said this evening I might save Sweat for later I think I'll do it as planned tomorrow. I also have rotations on the brain because Donna and you guys are so good at sticking to what you say you'll do! I never thought I could do one but now that I've taken the time to preview workouts and plan my weeks I find that it's easier to stick to them. At 4:00 am it's hard to think straight and know what workout to select sometimes. More geekiness: I think when you stick to a rotation you become more "intimate" with feel of the series/instructor/workout type. For example I feel much more in tune with both Crunch and Voight since I actually stuck to the schedule I drew up for myself. I have this collective set of experiences with these instructors and workout ambiances.Okay, done rambling, off to bed so I can get up and do Sweat!!
