Hello

I'm & new to the board. Well, I signed up a while back, but

this is my first time posting.

I am doing BFL for the second time. I did it last year with good

success. And then, well . . . life happened! lol. I broke my ankle

and just when I got off crutches, I found out I was pregnant. Which

was good, b/c we were trying, but I gained 20lbs when I was laid up,

and then another (ugh!) 70 during the pregnancy. I went from 175 to

195, then to 265. I am 5'8.

Currently, I am 7 wks postpartum and have lost 28lbs. As of

Saturday, I weighed in at 238.5. I just started the program this

week. I had to make some modifications to the eating b/c I am

breastfeeding, but it hasn't been too hard. Actually, its hard to

eat all my meals in a day; I'm just not hungry like I was when I was

pg.

So, thats pretty much my story. I would like to know - has anyone

had good success starting out as heavy as I am? I mean, I'm not out

to lose 20lbs, its more like 80. I'd really like to hear from

anyone who has been successful with a large weight loss.
