I did it on a pretty-much empty stomach, so that could have been a contributing factor. It kicked my butt! It clocks in at abut an hour and 15 minutes of pure cardio. I had it with my " step " workouts, but I think I would call it more of an interval workout. I won't be doing THAT one again for awhile. I almost didn't finish, I was so tired..
