Guest guest Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 Ok I'm sure this is all answered in the book, but I have yet to receive it and wanna get this show on the road CORRECTLY (finally ordered it last week)... But as for the reps and sets go ... I understand, for example, that it is 4 sets of one exercise and then 2 " high point " sets of another exercise for the same muscle ... but are these 6 total sets each done to failure? Right now for the leg press, I can do about 385 by my last set, but I can still do about 15-20 reps. Even my first 4 reps, I can always do more than 12, 10, 8 and 6.
