This one was Yoga Complete For Weight Loss (interactive personal trainer) I did the "greeting the day" routine. I didn't really care for it that much. Her voice was a little annoying and the workout didn't flow all that well,, but I do think I'm going to be sore tomorrow from the lying leg raises, wow, those were intense. You lie on your back with your legs straight up (90 degrees) you extend your arms straight over your head and keep them there and she then lowers her legs to the floor, keep them straight. Then raises them to 30, 60 and then back to 90 degrees. At first I didn't think she would do them that long, but she kept doing them and my legs were beginning to shake lol That's was really the best part of the workout even though it was hard.
