Thanksgiving Day workout

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

This morning I did 4DS Boot Camp Lower Body Circuit. This one was tough for me. I don't know if it was because my nose is so stuffy and I don't have the energy or its the morning thing. I had to modify on the last cardio, I just didn't have all my breath.

Anyway, in this routine they do the first 4 cardios in Boot Camp and then round 1 of the lower body, 4 more cardios from BC and round 2 of lower body. They finish up with the last 4 cardios and round 3 of lower body. I was VERY PLEASENTLY surprised that they didn't do the last round of the legs. She goes straight to abs from there, which I didn't do because I'm doing that tomorrow.

The workout was around 55 minutes and I burned 496 calories. Hopefully that's enough to burn off a little bit of the food I'll be eating today.

did Firm, Bootcamp Ultimate Calorie Burn (think that was it), andloved it. The workout was 52 minutes long and it was a bit of toningw/ weights, plyometric, and some regular cardio. It fit the billwell.

I have this one and yes, its a good one. I think it ranks up there with Cathe. I burned a lot of calories last time I done it.

So you're one of those early bird black Friday shoppers huh? We thought about it, but there really wasn't anything I wanted or particularly needed so I wasn't going to fight the crowds. Have fun and good luck with ALL the people.

PS- 3 am? what time did you go to bed? lol

LOL, yes, I am one of those people. The stores we go to aren't

usually TOO bad. I went to bed at 10:30. I am DEAD-tired. I did a

30 minute yoga booty ballet workout that I hated..LOL.. It did nothing

for me. I didn't want to work too hard and that is surely what I got

with this workout.

Glad to hear we agree about that Firm workout! :)
