Hi Everyone,

It's so nice to have a support group! This is my second week and I'm

wondering what it means when you shake really bad after working out?

Did you guys ever get " weary " shortly after starting the program with

the diet? My worst time is in the evening after dinner....I want to

snack. So far so good though, last night I had an orange and

cantaloupe instead of something really sweet. I took a look at the

pictures. Soooooooooo Coooooooool!! Can't wait to start feeling my

clothes get too big! WoooooHoooooooo! :)
