I just ate a grilled chicken salad but I'm afraid it might have had

too much fat! It was grilled chicken with veggies and some avocado

slices and olives and the dressing was low fat, not fat free. You guys

think I screwed up royally or is it ok and I can still take a free day

(maybe more moderate than I was planning :-)). Sorry, but I guess i

just want some opinions.
