afternoon,before getting viola off the bus i did my quick little yoga workout. i started with perfect in 10 yoga's back relief and flexibility. some moving poses to get the back loosened up and some stretching. next was the real good stuff with de-stress and let go. lots of lower body/hip stretching and focused breathing while holding a pose to let go. i feel sore in many spots. inner thighs, a little ham, upper ab region, and still a bit in shoulders and chest. gotta love amy!!!kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will __________________________________________________
