Hi , I agree about morning cardio. I'm just not as coordinated at that time of day! I prefer yoga, pilates and strength for the mornings, but once you get going in cardio it winds up working, just takes awhile for me to get up to speed! At the gym the morning classes that work best for me are 24 Lift (straight up weight training, nothing fancy at all) and cycling, which normally bores me to tears but at 5:45 a.m. it's alright!
