That's how you train yourself to run the full five miles one day! Being out in nature exercising is so much more rewarding for me than doing it in a gym or even in my living room (sacrelige!)and yes, the fall leaves make a glorious backdrop. In the winter I like to ride my bike at night through the 'hood to see all the xmas lights. Some streets really go all out. I really like Kathy's Secrets to a Great Upper Body! I like to pull that one out when I want a no-nonsense hit-all-the-upper-body-parts workout. There aren't a ton of reps though so I have to remind myself to lift heavy on that one.
