, your walk sounds heavenly, and that's fantastic you were able

to do some jogging intervals! That's how you train yourself to run the

full five miles one day! Being out in nature exercising is so much

more rewarding for me than doing it in a gym or even in my living room

(sacrelige!)and yes, the fall leaves make a glorious backdrop. In the

winter I like to ride my bike at night through the 'hood to see all

the xmas lights. Some streets really go all out.

I really like Kathy's Secrets to a Great Upper Body! I like to pull

that one out when I want a no-nonsense hit-all-the-upper-body-parts

workout. There aren't a ton of reps though so I have to remind myself

to lift heavy on that one.

I always bust up during the warmup. Talk about DIPPY what with the

snaps and stuff!
