Guest guest Posted November 24, 2007 Report Share Posted November 24, 2007 hiya! here is my check-in for this week. i still felt kind of sick so, again, i used walking as my main workout. the weather was windy and cold, but i wore alot of gear so i didnt feel it much. during the upcoming week im going to work very hard on getting healthy again, i am soooo tired of feeling sick! sun nov 18 - walked dog 70 mins + taebo amped jumpstart cardio 42 mins = 585 cal burn mon nov 19 - walked dog 57 mins = 302 cal burn tue nov 20 - rest (housework max) wed nov 21 - walked dog 30 mins + biked dog 30 mins + stretch 8 mins = 394 cal burn thu nov 22 - walked dog 65 mins = 387 cal burn fri nov 23 - walked dog 60 mins = 295 cal burn sat nov 24 - walked dog 70 mins = 356 cal burn 6 workout days this week - 7 hours - 2319 total cal burn :*carolyn.
