I'm on my second " official " BFL Challenge, and feel the need for a

change. I was wondering if anyone here does a total body workout

instead of alternating upper and lower every other day. If you do, how

do you find it working for you? I am just feeling like I want to work

my whole body every other day rather than giving that 3 day rest

following BFL exactly this time.

Pros and cons for the change - anyone?

I've decided to switch up my weights as well. I'm going to do a full body once a

week. There's a good full body workout on 's site.
