Guest guest
Well, time and time again I have " planned " to start one diet or another. I have joined fitness boot camps, where I had to wake up at 4:30 each morning, drive 15 miles each way, work out for an hour and then head home to get kids ready and myself off to work, which was another 37 miles away. But, I was not and am not able to drop the excess weight I have accumulated since the birth of my now 3 yr. old child. I am currently 5' - 2 " and 130 lbs. I was 115 lbs. prior to pregnancy. The last body fat test I had said I had 38% body fat ... is this even possible for someone my height and weight? It's all very discouraging. Does this program really work? I really cannot see myself drinking protein shakes 2-3 times a day indefinitely. I need something that is moderate as well as productive. Help!
