Wed - Cardio/Shoulders & arms

Hi Everyone,

Today for my short cardio I did the express workout on

Dozois' Rockin' Body Cardio. I liked this

one much more this second time around - in this

express workout she does 3 combos instead of 6. A

nice mild sweat.

Then, I did P90X Shoulders & Arms. I did up the

weight for quite a few exercises, but I did skip the

" bonus " round as I wanted to get extra stretching in.

Last night I did Pilates w/ Noelle's Powerhouse

Pilates DVD. I picked it up at Ross some time ago,

and did it maybe once - I wasn't that impressed the

frist time but last night I enjoyed it, so I'm glad I

didn't trade it. I think my fickle nature is why I'm

so hesitant to do any trading unless I absollutely

detest something! I also did 10 Min. Solution Pilates

Flexibility segment. I'm really stiff and sore in my

lower back today and I think it will only get worse

before it gets better as today I have to do some

housework max and taking care of the floors (sweeping,

mopping, etc.) is always a killer on my back.

I hope to get yoga in either later this afternoon (if

I can bribe DD with a movie) or this evening (if DH

doesn't want to have a mini-date - typically on

Fridays after DD goes to bed (which is pretty early -

like 7:30) we have wine and snacks, and since this is

our " Friday " he may want to do that - I think I'd

rather to yoga and turn in early - b/c I need all my

energy for tomorrow and tomorrow's workout!) I think

I'll try to sneak some yoga in this afternoon just so

I'm covered and then, if I get the chance tonight I'll

do a bonus session!

Good workouts, Donna! I like Noelle's dvd's too, I think I picked up 3 of them from Ross. I slept in this morning and will try and maybe work out this evening, good ole Finding Your Core with again.
