What can I do with orris root powder and mysore powder?

Hey gang. I have actually two powders and not sure what to do with these, one is

orris root powder. Nice 2 ounces of it. The other is mysore sandalwood powder

and its just under an ounce. Would it just be best for me to use either of this

to make a soap or can I use these as a fixative in a perfume?
