Because I am reviewing a lot of my rarely used workouts to decide whether or not to keep or sell, I did Debbie Sieber's Cool it Off from her Slim Series Express series. Although I like this deep stretch workout and it's 30 minute length, I have enough stretch/yoga/pilates workouts, that I think I am going to sell this one along with the other 3 workouts from this series.
