Guest guest
Woohoo! I had my 4wk weigh in and measurements on Saturday. Just posting my results to celebrate. Weight - 233 Was - 241.5 Lost - 8.5lbs Body fat - 31.4% was - 34.2 % (Using tape test from Healthcentral.com) Sooooo - lost 9.4lbs fat, gained .9lbs of lean tissue. Plus I lost 2 " in my waist & 1 " each in my thighs & hips. So I was very happy. However, the holiday weekend has been tough; I'm hoping to maintain this week :-( Anyways, just wanted to share my success! Hope everyone has a good holiday.
