What must an American artisan perfumer do to comply with IFRA?

Hi all,

I have two pretty blends that I would like to begin to sell. Since many of you

already have businesses or have been fighting the good fight with IFRA, I

thought I would come to you for a simple how-to for dealing with IFRA.

Should I avoid selling to anyone in Europe and ignore the regulations? Label

packages to state that I am not in compliance and the product may contain

irritants? Any other advice?
