good morning,

since my posting has been a little sporadic i can't

recall which workouts i posted doing LOL. so here is

my week in a quick view

sun-ycfe intermediate floor practice

mon-tae-bo total basics and i want those abs segment

one

tues-amy's slo-mo short on time UB plus added on

chapters seated row with bands,incline flies,

skullcrushers,band pressdowns (pm)namaste yoga water

light for flexibility

weds-bryan kest energize

thurs-slo-mo legs(skipped the last exercise(pm)stretch

on own for 25 mins.

fri-kathy smith tone up's aerobics and

stomachs(pm)first 5 segments of 7 essential stress

relievers

sat-dome total body from amy's HLD(pm)yoga express 10

min stretch and 15 min. total body express routines.

i might do cardio today and just move my active rest

day to tomorrow. see how i feel in a few moments.
