It's been a while since I checked in, and I got a little off track over Thanksgiving. I decided to do my planned Sat workout on Sat so as not to get even more off track - no excuses here :).I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you gave thanks for what you have and did not stress over what you don't have.

45 min. Had to struggle to get this workout in, unfortunately, I was surrounded by those with excuses for not working out...they would rather sit around and watch TV, and what was eaten before bed - OMG - pies, crackers and other assorted crap, yikes!

min. Since I'm on vacation this week I don't have access to my normal

poundage but I'm determined to keep to my current rotation. Even though

I'm using somewhat lower weights I'm still getting good workouts.11/17/07

45 min. Day two of vacation and I plan on sticking to my Prime Powers/Tri Trainers rotation...so far so good :)

min. That was great! Now I know why this combo has been so successful

for me in the past. My buns are sore from yesterday's workout and I

already feel today's core work...nothing like the classic FIRMs11/12/07

min. I've decided to add in the Tri-Trainers this week (I think I

mentioned that already :)). I really like this workout, it's so

effective, has good music and Tracie leads, the perfect trifecta!

Even though I'm feeling yesterday's Lower Body Shaping, it's the

perfect amount of DOMS
