I decided to do my planned Sat workout on Sat so as not to get even more off track - no excuses here .I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you gave thanks for what you have and did not stress over what you don't have. Hugs all,Vennitta Date Video/Other Notes 11/24/07 TheFIRM Vol 6 52 min. Don't let the " Boomers' Workout " in the title fool you. This one kicks butt without any impact. is/was so ahead of her time!11/23/07 No workoutI did it to myself this time and woke up too late to workout, spend time with my family then fly home...got home too late to workout.11/22/07 Rest dayplanned rest day 11/21/07 No workout unplanned rest day...me thinks there is workout sabotage going on here, somehow there was to space for me to workout today 11/20/07 FIRM Prime Power Lower Body Shaping 45 min. Had to struggle to get this workout in, unfortunately, I was surrounded by those with excuses for not working out...they would rather sit around and watch TV, and what was eaten before bed - OMG - pies, crackers and other assorted crap, yikes! 11/19/07 TheFIRM Fat Blaster45 min 11/18/07 TheFIRM Maximum Body Shaping 45 min. Since I'm on vacation this week I don't have access to my normal poundage but I'm determined to keep to my current rotation. Even though I'm using somewhat lower weights I'm still getting good workouts.11/17/07 FIRM Prime Power Fat Burning45 min. 11/16/07 TheFIRM Better Body & Buns 45 min. Day two of vacation and I plan on sticking to my Prime Powers/Tri Trainers rotation...so far so good 11/15/07 Rest day ....and travel day, can I count walking through the airports as a walking workout :)11/14/07 TheFIRM Better Body & Buns45 min. 11/13/07 TheFIRM Fat Blaster 45 min. That was great! Now I know why this combo has been so successful for me in the past. My buns are sore from yesterday's workout and I already feel today's core work...nothing like the classic FIRMs11/12/07 TheFIRM Maximum Body Shaping45 min. I've decided to add in the Tri-Trainers this week (I think I mentioned that already ). I really like this workout, it's so effective, has good music and Tracie leads, the perfect trifecta!
