ripped rotation:day16:sept 17

hi everyone -

i felt quite a bit better when i woke up this morning. still have

the silly stuffy head, but i was not all sore and achy any more.

this cold seems short-lived...yay!

so, my morning walk was much better today... managed 47 mins at

quite a quick pace. 231 cals burned.

i then had to get right into town so i could do the weekly

errands/shopping.

normally i schedule my monday workouts in the evenings because it is

errand day. however, im doing the 'beaver' leader thing again this

year (for scouting) and that wipes out my monday evenings from now

until the end of june 2008. oh well. in future rotations, i will

make mondays my rest days.

so, i did not get 'ripped' done today. it may have been for the

best anyway as i dont want to workout too hard before ive

recovered.... so i think that i will reschedule 'ripped' for

wednesday instead of the harder 'slim & lean', then do RTTC on

friday as per usual. tomorrow is a nice long walk in the morning,

followed by abs. also hope to fit in some yoga somewhere...
