Kassia, I'm pretty sure you reviewed this one already, and I just gotta say, this cardio kickboxing workout ROCKS! And I'm happy to kill another workout off of my virgin pile too!My only critique is that Jacquelyn often cues late, but luckily the drills are basic enough that you can catch on fast. Other that that, this is a superb video! Her form is good, the choreography is drill like and fast paced, and each side is worked evenly. One combo she did I had never seen before:R jabR hookR hook L crossThe double hook was challenging for me for some reason, and she does double punches in other parts of the workout too. I liked that my body was worked differently than it is with Turbo Kick/ Turbo Jam, which is what my muscle memory is used to. She also does some front kicks with the rear leg and some uppercuts with the front arm sometimesThe cardio is fairly intense, and I worked up quite a sweat! The 68 minutes are divided into phases:Warmup Phases 1 and 2 introduce all the punches and kicks in basic combosPhase 3 and 4 add more choreography to this and is up a notch in intensity. There's a part where you run up with punches to 12:00 and 6:00 and also work the sides. Phases 5 and 6 are slower, but you work on balance and core by doing slow front kicks without tapping, lots of "zig zags" as they are called in Turbo Jam, football runs, etc. Your heart rate is still fairly elevated.I didn't do the core training section, but I may do it tomorrow. Jacquelyn does ONE ARMED PUSHUPS and that was when I threw in the towel but I really should have done the abdominal and lower back section that follows. She adds a nice stretch at the end too. If you like cardio kickboxing workouts, do pick this one up! I would rate it intermediate to advanced because of the bpm of the music, which is techno and boxing like. I liked it! Not outstanding, but not bad at all! Excellent as a matter of fact, for the low low price of free, only paid s & h charges - Kassia I will always be grateful for that post of yours!!
